I had to start from nothing and end in one year with 7 figures in profit. Along the way I have to earn enough money for my rent and necessities (yep I had to start from nothing and start by earning enough money to pay my rent and food for March).

Practical Tips – How to stay focused on work

The ever increasing number of distractions, often makes the art of focusing seem like an impossible task. But, rest assured it is possible to learn to focus, and learning exactly how to focus can often be the ‘tipping point’ to great success.
This mini series will step by step approach the art of focusing and will also provide some of my highly guarded tools which have helped me become the ‘King of Productivity’.
The thinking exercise (15 to 20 minutes thinking and writing down required)
Step 1
The very first thing you need to do is to try and understand yourself. Think back to times where you were super productive/focused and times where you were not. Take one page to write down times when you were prodcutive and one page for when you wer not, and describe what was the environment like:
- Was it noisy?
- Was it when you were alone?
- Was your desk clean?
- Was it at certain times of the day?
- Was it a certain type of work that made you productive/unproductive?
- Were you under a tight deadline?

How to Price a Product.
This is a common question faced by almost all Internet Marketers and it’s the one question I’m asked the most about.
Here I provide my reference list for pricing a product correctly:
Pricing is not an exact science. What I provide here is a 90% guide to finding the correct price of your product, but there is always a 10% uncertainty that you are slightly overpriced in achieving optimum sales, or underpricing yourself out of maximum profit potential. However if you follow this guide you should be very close to a good price point.

Branding yourself is very important online to stand out from the thousands of other people who are also trying to make it online. It is important to know what it is you actually offer and what makes you different. It gives you a selling focus, makes you easier to remember and can make you sound cool. It’s equally important in the offline world as I discovered today.
1st Weekend Status update
Feb 6th
Ok, So it’s the first weekend in my challenge (I started Feb 1st), so now is a good time to recap on the first weeks highs and lows and set some targets for next week.
Highs:
- I got the blog up and running super fast
- I moved appartments to a much cheaper one quickly
- Learnt how great it was to live with guys again (like the good old university days)
- Having great messages of support via email, from people who truely believe I will do this.

Clarification on previous post

- Yes, the primary way I will make money this year is on the Internet
- Part of the challenge is that I start with a disadvantage, I have no money to survive March.

The Challenge gets a little bit tougher…
Ok, so by now you should know that my challenge is to start from zero, and by using my experience and knowledge create a viable online presence within one year…
oh yeah, just a small case of raising a 7 figure profit as well 
But that challenge was not hard enough it seems, so my mentorees (my students) asked me to add one more restraint to make my challenge more realistic. I have to do it with no money!
