I place my feet upon the cold surface. So tired that my lethargic mind does not even register the sensation which my feet are surely feeling. I turn the dial and wait there almost like a zombie, staring blankly at a wall. Seconds later the warmth of the water hits my body from above and I feel life awaken inside me.
